Chinese herbs are a separate charge and cost an average of about 30 per two weeks.
Non-acupuncture appointments are non-billable to insurance.

Some other providers will allow Anshin to bill for your services out of network, and likewise, not all plans from all providers cover acupuncture. For many plans, I will bill you the full rate and provide a "superbill" which you can submit for reimbursement.
